• 1. Who will carry out the delivery?

  The seller chooses the delivery method: the order can be delivered via Atasuai Delivery or the seller organizes the delivery themselves.

• 2. How long does delivery take?

  Delivery is usually carried out within 1–5 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the specified address.

• 3. Is it possible to change the delivery address?

  The address is specified during order processing and can be changed until confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, the address cannot be changed.

• 4. Where can I add or change the delivery address?

  Delivery addresses can be added or changed on the specific online store's website. To do this, go to the store's website, navigate to the "Profile" → "Addresses" section, and you can add or change the address in advance. In the Atasuai app, the delivery address is selected or entered during the order process.

• 5. Where can I track the delivery status?

  The delivery status is displayed along with the order status. You can go to the store page where you placed the order in the Atasuai app and track it in the "Orders" section. Additionally, you can check the delivery status in the online store's web version under Profile → Orders section.

• 6. Who pays the delivery cost?

  The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of the goods and is paid by the seller.

• 7. Who chooses the delivery method?

  The delivery method is chosen by the seller for each product:
  – Atasuai Delivery
  – Seller delivers themselves

• 8. What to do if Atasuai Delivery service is selected?

  If the seller chooses the Atasuai Delivery service, they are obliged to deliver the goods to the Atasuai warehouse. The platform organizes the delivery itself

• 9. What if the seller delivers it themselves?

  If the seller chooses to deliver the goods themselves, Atasuai does not charge for delivery.

• 10. Is the reseller responsible for delivery?

  No, the reseller is not responsible for delivery. Delivery is carried out by Atasuai, and the reseller only takes their profit.
