• Download the app. From your phone, go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) store, search for Atasuai, and install the app.

• Open the app.

• Enter your phone number and continue.

• Enter the SMS code. Enter the confirmation code sent to your number.

• The account will open automatically. If the code is entered correctly, the system will log you in immediately.

• If you wish, you can go to the «Menu» section from the bottom menu to complete your information, click on your name at the top, and fill in your details on the Profile page.

2. After registering, fill out the application form that opens.
3. An Atasuai manager will contact you to provide access to the platform.
4. Once access is granted, log back into the site, go to the «Company» section in the left menu, and you can add a company (BIN/IIN, name, address, bank details) using the «Add New» button.

To open a store, go to the "Menu" section of the Atasuai app and click the "Open Store" button. The system will automatically redirect you to the Atasuai Seller website. You can also open a store directly through the website — for this, go to seller.atasuai.com, enter your phone number, and register with the SMS code. After registering, you will be offered two options: "For individuals who want to sell online" or "For store and business owners." Choose the necessary option, contact the manager via WhatsApp, and start the store opening process.

Points are automatically credited for purchases made in online and offline stores connected to the Atasuai platform. The amount of points is determined according to the set percentage rate for each specific store.

The seller chooses the delivery method: the order can be delivered via Atasuai Delivery or the seller organizes the delivery themselves.

After selecting a product in the Atasuai app or online store, it can be processed in two ways: if you click the "Buy Now" button within the product card, you will immediately proceed to the order processing page; If you add it via "Add to Cart," you enter the "Cart" section and click the "Place Order" button. Then fill in the delivery address, confirm the order, and make the payment by clicking "Proceed to Payment."

When using the Atasuai platform, the user must perform only legal actions and use the platform functionality as intended.
