Download the app. From your phone, go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) store, search for Atasuai, and install the app.

The account will open automatically. If the code is entered correctly, the system will log you in immediately.

If you wish, you can go to the «Menu» section from the bottom menu to complete your information, click on your name at the top, and fill in your details on the Profile page.

2. What should I do if I forget my password?
On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and set a new password using your phone number.

3. How to change personal information in the account?
By entering the 'Profile' section, you can edit your name, phone number, or other data.

4. How can I delete my account?
Select the "Parameters" → "Delete Account" section. All data and history will be deleted.

5. Is it possible to open multiple accounts from one phone?
Yes, but each account must be registered with a separate phone number.

To register, you only need an active phone number. You can add your name, photo, and other details in your profile.

Wait a few seconds, make sure you have a good signal, and if needed, tap “Resend”. If the issue persists, check that your phone number is in the correct format and contact support.

8. Can I register using a phone number from another country?
In the current version, only phone numbers from supported countries are accepted. If your country is not on the list, please wait for future updates.

9. What should be done to open a store after registration?
Click the "Open Store" button located in the "Menu" section of the Atasuai app. This button will direct you to the Atasuai Seller website. On the site, you can select the type of "Online Store" or "Offline Store" and contact the manager via WhatsApp to start the store opening process.

10. How do I log in to the personal account?
Open the app and enter your phone number; after entering the confirmation code sent via SMS, you will log in. If you have set a password in the app, the login process will be done through the phone number and password.

11. What to do if the entry code does not arrive?
Wait a few seconds, press the "Resend" button, check the signal or network connection. If the code still hasn't arrived, make sure the number is written correctly.

12. Can I log into the account from another phone?
Yes. You can log in from any device by entering your phone number and using an SMS code or password.

13. How do I access the profile?
Go to the "Menu" section in the bottom panel. At the top of the screen, there is a bar with your name on it - clicking on that bar will open the profile page.

14. How can I change my name?
First, go to the "Menu" section from the bottom panel and click on your name at the top. Once the profile page opens, select the field with your name, enter the new data, and click the "Save" button below.

15. How to change the date of birth?
Enter your profile page and click on the field where the date of birth is indicated. After selecting a new date, click the "Save" button to confirm the change.

16. How to change an email?
Click on the field with the email written on the profile page, enter a new email, and confirm the change by clicking the "Save" button. Email verification is not required.

17. How do I set a profile picture?
Go to the profile page and click on the avatar image; you can select a picture from the gallery or take a new one with the camera.

To change the language setting, go to the "Menu" section and select "Settings." In the "Application Language" section, you can change the interface language of the application.

19. How to change the phone number?
Click on the field where the phone number is indicated in the profile, enter the new number, and select the "Save" button. The system will send an SMS code for confirmation, and after entering the code, the number will be updated.

20. Is it possible to link one number to multiple accounts?
No. Each phone number is registered to only one account.

21. How is my data protected?
All data is stored encrypted, not shared with third parties, and processed in accordance with data protection legislation in Kazakhstan.

22. How can I delete my account?
To delete the account, go to the "Menu" section from the bottom panel and click on your name at the top to enter the profile page. Select the "Delete Profile" button located at the bottom of the profile. After the system asks for confirmation, the deletion process will take place.

23. If I have a store, how does deleting the account affect it?
Users with an active store cannot delete their account directly. Before starting to delete the account, the user must close their store. Only after the store is closed will the option to delete the account become available.
