  The bonus system is a motivational tool on the Atasuai platform that allows customers to accumulate bonuses for purchases and later exchange those bonuses for goods.

• 2. How are bonuses accumulated?

  Bonuses are automatically calculated when making purchases at online and offline stores connected to the Atasuai platform. The amount of the bonus is determined according to the percentage rate set for the specific store.

• 3. What is a "zharmak"?

  Zharymaq is the internal currency in the Atasuai app. It can be collected through daily activity, logging into the app every day, and inviting friends.

• 4. How to collect zharmaks?

  In the app, points are collected daily in the Zharmak section by clicking the "Keep collecting zharmaks" button. The reward amount increases with consecutive daily logins. Additionally, points are also given for inviting new users to Atasuai.

• 5. Does Zharmak have an expiration date?

  Yes. Each collected point has an expiration date. Points that have expired are automatically deleted, so it is recommended to use them in time.

• 6. Does the bonus system also work in offline stores?

  Yes. If an offline store uses the Atasuai POS system, the buyer can accumulate bonuses.

• 7. Is it mandatory to give bonuses for all products?

  No. Giving a bonus is not mandatory. An entrepreneur can add a bonus system only to selected products or to a specific store/branch.

  Yes. The entrepreneur can independently adjust the branch bonus percentage on the site seller.atasuai.com.

• 10. What are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels?

  These are statuses that indicate the user's activity level. As more points are accumulated, the level increases: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum.

• 11. How does the rating system work?

  The app displays the overall rating of users and the rating among friends. The rating is automatically calculated based on the total number of points collected by the user and is constantly updated.
