Earning and using points, Jarmaq (virtual currency in the Atasuai app)

Points are automatically credited for purchases made in online and offline stores connected to the Atasuai platform. The amount of points is determined according to the set percentage rate for each specific store.

Jarmaq is the internal currency in the Atasuai app. It can be collected through daily activity, logging into the app daily, and inviting friends.

In the app's Jarmaq section, Jarmaq can be collected daily by tapping the "Claim today's Jarmaq" button. The amount of Jarmaq collected increases with each consecutive day of entry. Additionally, Jarmaq is awarded for inviting new users to Atasuai.

Yes. Each accumulated Jarmaq has an expiration date. Expired Jarmaq is automatically deleted, so it is recommended to use it on time.

 No. Giving Jarmaq is optional. The entrepreneur can enable the Jarmaq system only for selected products or specific stores/branches.

 Accumulated Jarmaq is displayed in the "Jarmaq" section of the client's Atasuai app.

Yes. The entrepreneur can configure the Jarmaq percentage by branch themselves on the seller.atasuai.com website.

These are statuses that indicate the user's activity level. As more points are accumulated, the level increases: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum.
The app displays the overall rating of users and the rating among friends. The rating is automatically calculated based on the total number of points collected by the user and is constantly updated.
