Points system

Jarmaq is Atasuai's internal loyalty points. It's not money: it can't be cashed out, sold, gifted, or transferred to another person. The points only work as a discount — they can be used to pay for part of an order's cost directly in the app.

1. Cashback from purchases — credited automatically if the seller has enabled a loyalty program in their store (for example, 3%, 5%, 10%, or 20% of the purchase amount). If the seller has it set to 0% or the option is disabled, no points are credited for purchases at that store.
2. Daily app login (login bonus).
3. Inviting friends via a referral link.
4. Other activities: first order, reviews, completing your profile, rating the app on the App Store/Play Market, watching live streams.

For each consecutive day you log into the app, you receive an increasing number of points following a 4-day cycle:

• Day 1 of login: 15 Jarmaq
• Day 2 of login: 24 Jarmaq
• Day 3 of login: 30 Jarmaq
• Day 4 of login: 50 Jarmaq (fixed)

If you miss logging in for even 1 day, the cycle resets, and the next login starts again from 15 Jarmaq. However, the points you've already accumulated are not lost — only the progress on the scale resets, not the points themselves.

These are statuses that show a user's activity level. The more Jarmaq you collect, the higher your level: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum.

The app displays an overall user ranking as well as a ranking among friends. The ranking is calculated automatically based on the total number of Jarmaq accumulated and is updated continuously.

When placing an order, you can pay for part of its cost with points at a rate of 1 Jarmaq = 1 tenge discount. The seller sets the maximum share of the item's price that can be covered with points. For example: if an item costs 10,000 tenge and the seller allows payment with points up to 7%, then you can redeem a maximum of 700 Jarmaq, and the remaining 9,300 tenge must be paid in cash.

No, participation of products in the loyalty program is entirely voluntary. The seller independently decides which specific items are eligible for payment with points and which are not. In each product's listing in the Atasuai Seller dashboard, you can choose one of the fixed discount levels: 0%, 5%, 10%, or 20%. If you set 0%, the item is sold at full price without any deduction of the buyer's points.

If you redeemed points when placing an order, they will be fully returned to your balance if the order is canceled or the item is returned. The seller, in turn, will only refund the portion of the amount that you paid in cash.

In the Atasuai app, in your personal account — that's where your current Jarmaq balance is displayed.

1. First order — 500 Jarmaq
2. Every subsequent order — 10% of the item's price
3. A review with a rating and text — 100 Jarmaq
4. Rating the Atasuai app on the App Store or Play Market — 100 Jarmaq (one-time)
5. Fully completing your profile (full name, date of birth, photo, phone number, email) — 100 Jarmaq
6. Watching live streams — 20 Jarmaq per store, once a day, after 15 minutes of total viewing time for that store's streams

If the platform detects signs of fraud: the use of bots, scripts, or emulators to fake daily logins, the mass creation of fake accounts to obtain referral bonuses, or other dishonest ways of earning points. In such cases, the account may be restricted or blocked, and accumulated points may be canceled.
