You can also open a store directly through the website — for this, go to seller.atasuai.com, enter your phone number, and register with the SMS code. After registering, you will be offered two options: "For individuals who want to sell online" or "For store and business owners." Choose the necessary option, contact the manager via WhatsApp, and start the store opening process.

  • 2. Is a personal domain provided for the online store?
    Yes. Each online store opened on the Atasuai platform is automatically registered with a unique domain. The domain format is: sitename.atasuai.com. This allows the store to establish itself as a unique brand and increase accessibility for customers.
  • 3. Is it possible to change the domain of an online store?
    Yes. The domain of the online store can be changed both through the Atasuai Seller app and the website. In the app (Atasuai Seller app): Go to the "Menu" section from the bottom panel. Click on the store name at the top and enter the store page. On the opened page, the "Site settings" section will be displayed. From here, you can open the "Domain" section and enter a new subdomain or your own domain. After saving the change, the store link will be automatically updated. On the website (seller.atasuai.com): Go to the "Company" → "Online Store" section from the left menu. Find the desired store from the list of stores and click on the three dots (⋮) on the right. Select the "Edit" option. On the opened page, you can change it by using "Use subdomain" or "Use own domain." After clicking the "Save" button, the domain will be updated.
  • 4. How do I add my own domain?

    To set up the domain through the application, go to "Menu" → "Site Settings" → "Domain" section, select the "Use my own domain" option, and enter the specified DNS records into the domain registrar. To add it to the site, go to seller.atasuai.com, navigate to the "Company" → "Online Store" section, click on the three dots on the right side of the store, and select "Edit"; on the opened page, enter the domain in the "Use your own domain" section, and after configuring the suggested DNS settings, the domain will be registered to the store.

  • 5. Where can I manage my store from?
    The complete management of the store is carried out through the Atasuai Seller web platform and the Atasuai Seller mobile application. Both tools allow you to add products, monitor sales, manage orders, and change store settings.
  • 6. How do I add my product to the online store?

    To sell your product in an online store, you first need to add the product to the system's database through the "Product Management" → "Product List" section on the seller.atasuai.com website: if the product has been previously entered into the database, you can use the "Add Existing Product" option to utilize the ready-made photo and description, and only enter the price and SKU if necessary; for a product not listed in the database, select the "Add New Product" option and fill in all the information yourself. Then go to the "Company" → "Online Store" section, select the desired online store from the list, and click the three dots to choose the "Edit" button — on this page, set the online store's sales format to "Sell My Product" mode, and designate the offline store (branch) where the product was added as the product source; only in this case will the product be visible on the online store showcase.

  • 7. How can I add ready-made products from Atasuai Market to my online store?
    To add finished products in the Atasuai Seller app, go to the "Products" section from the bottom panel and select the "+ Add Product" button. The system will show you a list of all finished products in the Atasuai Market showcase. You can find the desired product through the search path or by selecting categories. After pressing the "+" sign on the product card, the product will be added to your online store in one second.
