• 1. How is the payment made?

  Payment is made through Kaspi Pay. The client is offered a Kaspi QR or Kaspi payment link, through which the payment is made.

• 2. What happens after making a payment?

  After the payment is successfully made, the order is automatically confirmed and its status is updated.

• 3. How long do I have to make the payment?

  After placing the order, you have 20 minutes to make the payment. If the payment is not made within this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

• 4. Where is the payment link sent?

  When placing an order, the payment link will be sent via WhatsApp. It will include the order number and the Kaspi Pay link.

• 5. Do I need to send the payment receipt?

  Yes. After the payment is made, the payment receipt (in PDF format) must be sent via WhatsApp. This is clearly stated in the notification.

• 6. How is the payment made to the seller?

  The funds paid by the client first go to the Atasuai platform. The payment is transferred to the seller only after it is confirmed that the client has received the goods.

• 7. When is payment made for goods sold by the reseller?

  Payments to resellers after 14 days will be transferred. This period is set to account for the possibility of returns.

• 8. How are payments transferred to producers?

  Payments to producers are transferred after the goods are delivered and the return period has expired. The producer pays for bank commissions and transfer costs themselves.
