1. How do I place an order?
After selecting a product in the Atasuai app or online store, it can be processed in two ways: if you click the "Buy Now" button within the product card, you will immediately proceed to the order processing page; If you add it via "Add to Cart," you enter the "Cart" section and click the "Place Order" button. Then fill in the delivery address, confirm the order, and make the payment by clicking "Proceed to Payment."

2. Where can I track the status of the order?
To view the status of an order in the Atasuai app, first go to the "Stores" section and open the store where you placed the order - in the lower menu of that store's page, there will be an "Orders" section where all your active and completed orders will be displayed. In the web version (when accessed through the store's domain), after placing an order, you can go to the "Profile" → "Orders" section to monitor the status of the order, payment, and delivery conditions.

3. How long do I have to pay for the order?
From the moment the order is placed, 20 minutes are given for its payment. This time is displayed with a timer. If payment is not made within the specified 20 minutes, the order is automatically canceled.

4. When will the order be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–5 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the customer's address.

5. Where are the orders sold by the reseller displayed?
All orders sold by the reseller can be viewed in the "Order List" section from the lower menu in the Atasuai Seller application.

6. What happens if my order is not paid?
If the order is not paid within 20 minutes, it will be automatically canceled.

7. Is it possible to change or cancel the order?
The order can be canceled after payment, but the order cannot be changed (item, quantity, or delivery address).

8. Can I purchase products from multiple stores in one order?
No. Each order is processed for only one product from one store.

9. Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing an order?
No. The delivery address is specified during the order process. Before confirming the order, the user can check the accuracy of the address and, if necessary, select a different address at that moment.

10. Where are the orders received by the seller displayed?
All orders received by the seller are displayed in the Atasuai Seller system. To do this, you need to go to the website seller.atasuai.com and navigate to the "Online Store → Orders" section in the left menu. In this section, the seller can see all orders made for their products — from which store or branch the product was sold, through which online store it was received, as well as complete information about the buyer and delivery.

11. Why is my order in "Active" status?
The order remains "Active" if it is still being processed: payment is pending, the seller is confirming the order, the goods are being assembled, or the delivery process has not started. This status indicates that the order is not yet complete.

12. When is the "Completed" status given to an order?
The "Completed" status is given when the order is fully executed — that is, after the product is delivered to the buyer and the order is successfully completed. From this moment, the order is stored in history.

13. When is the order automatically canceled?
If payment is not made within the specified time (approximately 20 minutes) after the order is placed, the order will be automatically canceled.

14. Where can I see the order number?
The order number will be sent to your WhatsApp number after you place the order and click the "Proceed to Payment" button - the message will contain the order number and a payment link via Kaspi Pay. Additionally, the order number can also be viewed on the page where you check the order information.
